| 摘 要： | 对高校经管类专业而言,由于专业特点和社会期望的双重作用,在推进以创业型人才培养为导向的课程体系改革方面扮演着重要的角色。在对以创业型人才培养为导向的经管类专业课程体系改革的必要性进行分析后,可以确立"多课程驱动、多环节互动、多模式联动"的基本思路,并可从建立创业教育课程群、推动人才培养方案调整、适时转换人才培养模式等方面探讨推进的策略。

| Abstract: | For economic management profession of college,due to the dual role of the professional characteristics and social desirability,in promoting the entrepreneurial talent,training-oriented reform of the curriculum system plays an important role.The paper analyzed the necessity of economics and management curriculum reform of training entrepreneurial talent,proposed the basic idea of "multi-course drive,multi-link interaction,and multi-mode interaction",and explord the strategy of advancing in establishing entrepreneurship education programs group,promoting personnel training program and adjusting conversion personnel training mode timely. |
