| Abstract: | The secretarial work of teaching in colleges and universities is an essential part of the teaching system.The secretary of teaching is an important staff officer and assistant to the leaders;they are also teachers' friends and students' good teachers.Based on the above points,the essay expounds the team construction of the secretary of teaching from two aspects: by themselves and by the leaders of the colleges. |
