| 摘 要： | 教学督导是高校教学管理体系中的重要组成部分,对教学督导运行机制在高校教学质量监控体系中的作用、现状和问题进行了分析.以湖南工程学院为例,对教学管理体制、教学督导组织机制、工作模式进行了分析和研究,以建立一套行之有效、自我监控的三级教学督导管理机制,从而达到提高高校教学质量的目的.
