American English heterogeneity and its cultural homogeneity

Language is a carrier and symbol of culture,which not only reflects culture but also influences it and is supported by it.The American English is the product of the formation and dissimilation of American society and culture.It differs from the contemporary British English and denotes its heterogeneity,which not only surprises its native speakers but also irritates he British people and is subjected to their ridicule;whereas,the mixed American culture leads to unity and homogeneity after national assimilation.
