| 摘 要： | 高校创新人才培养理念是指高校对创新人才培养问题所持的具有系统性、稳定性、延续性的理性认识、理想和观念体系 ,从教育原理与人才培养过程来看 ,高校创新人才培养理念至少涉及人才理念、教育理念、文化理念以及创新理念自身这样一些最重要的方面 ,其建构离不开这些理念的创新性建构。由于历史客观原因 ,高校创新人才培养理念的建构在我国极可能是一个在多领域、多层面的理论平台上持续地进行事实判断与价值澄清的较长期塑造过程。

| Abstract: | The creative talents cultivation conception in tertiary education refers to a consistent, stabilized, persistent system of cognitive beliefs, ideals and values and conceptions concerning creative talents training assumed by tertiary institutions. In view of educational principles and talent breeding processes, the CTCCTE involves talent conception, education conception, cultural conception and essential aspects of creative conception. Hence, those conception configurations are indispensable to the CTCCTE establishment. Due to historical reasons, the CTCCTE configuration must be a time-consuming Herculean process, a process involving persistent fact-appraisal and value demythologization from multi-perspectives in multi-disciplinary fields. |
