摘    要:地理标志是指产品的“籍贯”或“原籍”,用于指示一项产品的原产地,其特定质量也完全或者主要取决于该地的自然因素与人文因素.本文以福建平和琯溪蜜柚产业的地方实践为个案,意在说明地理标志产品对县域经济发展所产生的深度影响,其潜存的价值不仅是在农业之内寻求农业可持续发展的重要路径,对于我们理解农业文化遗产的保护与传承机制同样具有重要的现实价值.从这个意义上说,保护地理标志的实质就是在现代集约农业背景下保护区域生态系统,保护一种以历史传统和文化心理为精神纽带的地方资源.

Abstract:The term "geographic logo" indicates the birth place of a product,whose specific quality completely or mainly depends on the local natural and cultural factors.Based on the case study of Guanxi′s pomelo industry in Pinghe,Fujian province,the thesis intends to elaborate the deep impacts on the county economy made by geographic logo products.The potential values of the product lie not only in helping to achieve the agricultural sustainable development as an important industry,but also in promoting our understanding of the protection and inheritance mechanism of agricultural heritage.In this sense,protecting geographic logo is essentially equal to the conservation of regional ecological system and local resources bonded by historic tradition and cultural psychology.
