| 摘 要： | 采用两时期的世代交叠模型,研究“新农保”对于农村居民自愿生育的子女数量的影响.研究表明,“新农保”能在一定程度上替代“养儿防老”,减少农民自愿生育的子女数量.“新农保”的基础养老金发放标准以及个人账户最低缴费标准越高,则“新农保”越能减少农民自愿生育的子女数量.因此,“新农保”的实施有利于计划生育政策的执行. |

| Abstract: | With a two-period Over-Lapping-Generations Model,this paper analyses the effects of "New Rural Pension System" on the fertility of rural residents based on willingness.The findings are that the "New Rural Pension System" can,to some extent,offer the financial support to parents in old age in place of reliance on filial support and thus reduce the births of free will.The higher the basic old-age pension standard and the minimum payment of personal account are,the more the "New Rural Pension System" reduces the farmers′ births of free will.In conclusion,the "New Rural Pension System" is beneficial to the implementation of birth control policy. |
