农村居民公共产品需求偏好状况研究——对湖北省荆州市J镇的调查

提供乡镇范围内的公共产品是当前乡镇政府职能的一个重要方面.了解辖区内居民的公共产品需求偏好有助于乡镇政府在提供社区公共产品时作出正确的决策.实证分析表明,当前农村居民的公共产品需求偏好主要体现在基本性公共产品上,但已经认识到非基本性公共产品对于当地社区发展的重要性.乡镇政府在提供公共产品时,应力求处理好公共产品的供给与社会公平和社会发展之间的关系.

Public service demand preference of rural residents——A case study of J Town Jingzhou City of Hubei Province

Providing the public service in villages and towns is one of the key links of township government's functions. The knowledge of the public service demand preference of residents in the area helps the local government make proper decision in providing the community public service. The empirical analysis shows that the public service demand preference of the rural residents is embodied in the basic public service, but the rural residents are aware of the significance of non-basic public service to the community development. The township government should try its best to deal with the relationship between the social justice and development and the public service supply.
