| Abstract: | Since the execution of China's land banking system in 2001, researches on the relationship between land banking and land market have become important projects. As a component of national land banking institution construction research, Maanshan city was selected as a pilot study city by the Ministry of Land and Resources and has achieved promising success ever since. The city's land market performance is surveyed after the land capitalization management and land banking system setup. Problems in land markets under LBS are analyzed, tendencies in land market are predicted, and policy suggestion are given. |
