| 摘 要： | 随着土地承包经营权性质的转变 ,土地承包经营权的登记问题必须相应解决。目前土地承包经营权没有和集体土地所有权、国有土地使用权等其他土地权利统一登记 ,造成了土地登记不统一。将土地承包经营权和其他土地权利纳入土地统一由国土部门进行登记 ,从而有利于土地权利的统一和土地承包经营权的保护。

| Abstract: | The problems on registration of transformation of the contra cting management right of land (RTCMRL) should be resolved with the changing of the nature of TCMRL. TCMRL is not registered with other land rights, such as collective land ownership right and state-owned land use right, which result in the skimble-scamble land registration. Based on the analysis of the management of restate registration, it is argued that RTCMRL should be registered by the department of land and resources with other land rights in favor of the more united land rights and the protection of RTCMRL. |
