农村居民就医行为及其影响因素的分析——基于苏北地区X镇的调查

农村居民的就医行为是在金钱、时间、质量这三个变量的不同组合中寻求一种保证其恢复健康的恰当策略。影响农村居民就医行为的主要因素有文化程度、经济收入、医疗保障形式和医疗服务体系。为了使农村居民获得价廉、便捷、质优的医疗服务,必须完善农村医疗服务体系,健全农村医疗服务网络;缩小医疗成本,减低医疗费用,完善新型农村合作医疗制度;提高农村医护人员的素质,改进医疗服务质量。

Analyzing medical care conducts of rural residents and their influence factor: A survey on Town X in north Jiangsu Province

Rural residents' medical care conduct is an appropriate tactics to recover health through different combinations of the three variables: money,time and quality.The major factors which affect rural residents' medical care conduct are years of schooling,income,individual medical insurance condition,and medical care system.In order to improve rural medical care,some measures should be taken such as building rural medical care system,reducing medical cost,perfecting the new type medical insurance system,and improving the quality of the medical workers and the medical service.
