农产品供应链整合绩效实证研究——以江苏地区为例

在我国的农业产业化中引入供应链管理的思想已经为很多学者所认同 ,然而在农产品供应链管理的实证方面还缺乏必要的研究。在对相关文献进行总结的基础上建立了农产品供应链整合绩效假设模型 ,为了验证假设模型 ,设计调查表对农产品加工企业进行调查取得了实证数据。使用结构方程模型对假设模型进行了检验 ,结果证明该假设模型能较好地拟合调查数据。

The role of integration, logistics capabilities and firm performance in agri-products supply chain: an empirical study

Despite the consensus among many scholars that supply chain management is an effective way to improve the development of China's agri-industrialization, little empirical research is conducted in this field. A hypothesis model for agri-products supply chain integration and performance is constructed from a logistics perspective. To verify the model, an investigation form is formulated on the basis of a summarization of the relevant publications and using the form the survey data is obtained through the investigation into agri-product processing enterprises. Hypothesis model is tested using structural equation modeling method, whose result shows the effectiveness of the hypothesis model in integrating and treating survey data.
