| 摘 要： | 本文对影响农户参加新型农村合作医疗行为的主要因素进行了分析。研究发现,对以家庭为单位参加新型农村合作医疗的村庄而言,农户家庭成员外出比例对农户参与新型合作医疗的行为有显著的负影响;农村居民间的人情关系作为农户拥有的社会资本的一种形式,则对农户参与新型合作医疗有显著的正影响。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the main factors that influence peasant household's participation in the new cooperative medical service.The empirical study shows that,for those enrollment based on household villages,household's percent of off-farm employment has a remarkable negative influence on household's proportion participating in new cooperative medical service.The relations among rural residents which are regarded as a form of the social capital for peasant households,have remarkable positive influence on household's participation in the new cooperative medical service. |
