党的领导与农民主体地位相统一——建党百年来我国农村社会治理主体演进的历史考察

建党百年来,农村社会治理主体伴随我国革命、建设和改革事业,经新民主主义革命时期的农村基层党组织与农会、社会主义革命和建设时期的农村基层党组织与农业生产合作社、改革开放和社会主义现代化建设时期以农村基层党组织为核心的多元协同共治主体、乡村振兴新时代以农村基层党组织为统领的多元共建共治共享共同体4个阶段的发展历程。建党百年来,我国农村社会治理主体始终遵循党的领导与农民主体地位相统一的演进逻辑和党的政治引领与农民自治实践相统一的行动逻辑,形成了一套独具中国特色的农村社会治理主体演进体系。

The Mutual Unification of the Leadership of the CPC and the Principal Position of the Farmers:A Historical Review of the Evolution of the Main Body of Rural Social Governance in China since the Founding of the CPC

Since the founding of the CPC 100 years ago,the main body of rural social governance in China has accompanied China s revolution,construction and reform,and it has experienced four stages of development:rural grass-roots party organizations and peasant associations in the period of new democratic revolution,rural grass-roots party organizations and agricultural production cooperatives in the period of socialist revolution and construction,diversified collaborative co-governance subjects with rural grass-roots party organizations as the core in the period of reform and opening up and socialist modernization and the rural grass-roots party organizations leading the pluralistic co-construction,co-governance and sharing community in the new era of rural revitalization.Since the founding of the CPC 100 years ago,the main body of rural social governance in China has always followed the evolution logic of“the unity of the Party s leadership and the main status of farmers”and the action logic of“the unity of the Party s political guidance and the practice of farmers autonomy”,forming a set of evolution system of rural social governance main body with unique Chinese characteristics.
