| 摘 要： | 通过采用《大学生就业压力问卷》和《大学生社会适应问卷》对三本毕业生的就业压力与社会适应能力进行研究，结果显示：三本学生的就业压力和社会适应能力在性别、是否学生干部、不同生源地以及不同学科类别等变量上存在显著差异；三本学生在就业压力与社会适应能力之间存在显著的负相关，在就业压力的心理表现上存在显著的正相关，在社会适应能力的五个维度上存在显著的正相关。

| Abstract: | This research makes a survey of the employment pressure and social adaptability among the graduates of the third-tier college by adopting Graduates Employment Pressure Questionnaire and Graduates Social Adaptability Questionnaire.The findings indicate that the employment pressure and social adaptability differ drastically in the variables of gender,student cadres or not,different sources of students,as well as different disciplines.There ex-ists an outstanding negative correlation between the employment pressure and social adaptability of the graduates of the third-tier college.There is a distinctive positive correlation with the psychology of the employment pressure. And there is a distinctive positive correlation with the five dimensions of social adaptability among the graduates of the third-tier college. |
