| Abstract: | To boost the continual development of the popularization of higher education, improves education justice and efficiency, and perfects financial system of Guangdong＇s higher education, it is essential to explore more channels to raise funds for higher education, identify the funding range of the government, change the governmental funding mode, and standardize the revenue and expenditure in higher education finance. |
