| Abstract: | ＂Learning-in-work＂ is an effective way to cultivate talents in higher vocational education, which raises new requirements for student ideological and political work in vocational colleges. In the model of ＂learning-in-work＂, workers for student ideological and political work must actively create working appraoehes and methods to meet the requirements of higher vocational education. |
