| 摘 要： | 在调查研究基础上，结合多年高职大学生思想政治教育工作的实践，将当代高职大学生思想与行为结合起来，从高职大学生“思想”与“行为”之间的必然联系归纳其时代特征以及其基本规律，把握当代大学生思想与行为的具体表现，为进一步树立创新的思想工作理念，增强高校思想政治教育工作的针对性和实效性打下牢固基础。

| Abstract: | This paper, with reference to many years＇ practice in students＇ ideological and political work in vocational colleges, summarizes the characteristics of the times and the basic law of them, by studying the necessary connection between the vocational college students＇ psyche and behavior. In taking the reins of the current students＇ thinking and movement, we will set up creative ideological and political work approach and lay a solid foundation for the high pertinency and effectiveness in student ideological and political work. |
