| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the development history and present situation of the adult education and technology schools in the village and town.It proposes to locate these schools new function at meeting the needs for community education of all the residents in the village and town.It is essential to adjust the organizational structure,educational resource allocation and management style based on the core development tasks of the community.The measures to change its functions are also proposed. |
