| 摘 要： | 高职教育重在培养学生的职业技能。文章对如何设计基于“工学结合”的实训项目以培养学生的职业技能这一课题进行了大量的理论研究与实践。提出：充分利用区域经济优势，深化校企合作，将教师服务企业与学生实训项目开发紧密结合，设计来自企业真实课题的综合实训项目，提高学生学习兴趣与效果，将“工学结合”落到实处，使学生所学与企业所需无缝连接。
