| 摘 要： | 元认知是指人类对自身认知活动的自我意识和自我调节，即所谓的“认知的认知”。听力也是二语习得过程中的一个重要成份，是语言输入的重要媒介。因此，怎样提高大学生的听力能力一直是研究者关注的焦点。在前人关于听力元认知结果的基础上，本研究以120名专科生为研究对象，对他们进行了听力元认知能力培训。结果表明该培训能有效地提高学生的元认知意识，并促进了学生听力学习成绩的提高。
