| Abstract: | The changes of times and social development have brought another problems and challenges to college class work.For the adaptation to the times and society,it is vifal to improve the quality cultivation of teacher in charge of class.To reach the aim,college teacher in charge of class should focus on the three aspects:serious study and grasping the basic knowledge and strategies of college class work,highlighting the key points and learning the principles and ways of college class ideological teaching,and research with great concentration and probing into the regulations and ways of healthy psychology teaching of college class. |
