王安石性格解读

An Analysis of Wang Anshi's Character

There' re quite different evaluations on Wang Anshi, a famous politician in Song Dynasty, whose character is also a key point of discussion. This paper collects related historical documents and makes a new analysis on Wang's characters from such aspects as his attitude to life, his searching for learning, and his daily life activities etc. The conclusion is that the core character of Wang Anshi is his perseverance for knowledge and reform, as well as his unconcern for personal interests and feeling, both of them get a dialectical unity on him.
