| 摘 要： | 扩大系部办学自主权是东华理工学院为了将来的学院制改革而必须提前做的一个小的权力关系调整,成功与否对学院的发展至关重要.文章正是在此背景下对东华理工学院扩大系部办学自主权的必要性、原则框架以及注意事项等进行探讨,以起到抛砖引玉之作用.
