| 摘 要： | 跨文化交际是一个复杂的过程，这个过程既受交际者本身的影响又受文化因素的制约。从语用的角度出发，具体分析在跨文化交际过程中所出现的语用失误及文化差异对跨文化交际的影响，说明文化因素在跨文化交际中起着非常重要的作用。
