Preliminary Exploration of the Emotional Quotient Education on Contemporary Collage Students

The knowledge-based economy ages overflows with the chance and challenge and also puts forward the higher demand.The contemporary college students have not only professional theory knowledge and professional skill but also higher emotional quotient level.,and can adapt to the future society.The emotional quotient's ability is not with living,but is result of education in the course of growth.It is not beneficial to choice occupation and job for college students,if did not become the good emotional quotient during the period of university.This demands high school value and strengthens the education of emotional quotient.Only in the way really qualified talents can be cultivated.This paper analyzes the intension,function and present situation of emotional quotient on contemporary college students,and probes into how to conduct the education of emotional quotient.
