| 摘 要： | 文章对当代大学生的创新素质状况进行了系统的调查、分析,阐述了高校在创新素质的培养方面起着至关重要的作用,现行的高校创新素质培养是规范、封闭的机制,必须进行全面改革,并加大改革后的实施力度,为高校培养创新人才创造良好的条件。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes modern college students'situation of creative quality by systematical investigation.This paper expounds that the higher school plays an important part in the innovative quality education.The active innovative quality cultivation in higher school is a mechanism full of regime and closeness,and it needs all-sided reform.We should enlarge the strength for implementation after reform to create good conditions for higher school to cultivate the people with creativity. |
