| 摘 要： | 文学巨著《红楼梦》中的贾府是一个庞大的家族。这个钟鸣鼎食之府，赫赫扬扬，历经四世，到了宝字辈时，才开始衰败。文章试结合现代管理思想和方法，通过解读《红楼梦》中王熙凤、探春、薛宝钗、秦可卿四位女性家政管理实例，探析贾府衰败在家政管理方面的原因，其中有正面的经验，但更多的是反面教训，值得借鉴和深思。

| Abstract: | Jia Home in the literary masterpiece ＂Stone ry life. After four generations, when Bao yu was born, Story＂ is a very big family. The famous family had a luxuit began to decline. This essay tries to search for the reason of declination of Jia Home on management through the analysis of management examples of Wang xifeng ,Tanchun, Xue baochai and Shi xiangyun by combination of modern thinking and method of the management of home economics. It gives us not only positive experience, but also the negative one, we should learn from it. |
