| 摘 要： | 在学校体育研究领域,关于执行力的研究还是盲点。文章借鉴企业和行政管理领域相关研究成果,针对我国学校体育政策执行力的概念、作用、构成要素等基本理论进行了初步探讨,以求从新的研究角度推动我国学校体育的整体发展,真正落实中央关于加强青少年体育、增强青少年体质的精神。
