| 摘 要： | 农民工为我国城市经济社会发展做出了重大贡献，但是其基本的劳动权利却没有得到很好的享受，反而经常受到侵害。透过农民工劳动权利保护中存在的主要问题，分析并提出解决这些问题的途径和方法，对于切实完善农民工劳动权利保护法律机制的建构，对于切实推动城乡经济社会协调发展，构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要意义。
