如何加强地学类大学生实践能力的培养

为了适应高校教学模式的转变,摆脱目前地学类专业人才培养所面临的困难,因此在制定资源勘查工程专业人才培养计划时,必须对专业课程进行整合,建立模块化的课程体系,在专业教育所占比重减少的不利情况下,通过增加课内实习,保持专业实践所占的学时,加强实践教学,提高学生创新能力的培养,丰富学生的实践经验。优化实验教学管理体系,对实验室进行开放式管理,为学生提供一个开放的实验场所,学生充分利用业余时间,以补充教学学时的不足。注重加强师资队伍建设,提高教师自身教学水平,鼓励教师进行教学改革,采用启发教育,引导学生思考,培养学生的创新能力。

Studying on How to Strengthen the Practical Ability Training of Geological Student

To meet the changes of teaching model and get out of difficulties that meet in training geological student, the professional curriculums are integrated and modularized curriculum systems are established in the emending the education scheme of resources exploration engineering. In order to strengthen the students practical ability, we proposed to increase the paeriod of practice in classes and outdoors, establish an opened and optimized management systems of laboratory, strengthen teaching construction and encourage teachers to adopt illuminating manner to guide student thought.
