| Abstract: | The college assistants' career self-efficacy directly affects the effect of college students' ideological and political work and their own development.By adopting assistants' career self-efficacy inventory,investigating the college assistants by the means of stratified random sampling and analyzing the current situation of the college assistants' career self-efficacy,this paper puts forward the strategies and countermeasures. |
