| 摘 要： | 文章通过对大学生心理危机产生的原因进行分析,提出了高校图书馆在大学生心理健康教育及心理危机预防中所应采取的措施,即:提高图书馆馆员素质;增强预防能力;加强信息资源建设;开展大学生心理阅读疗法和丰富多彩的读书活动及心理咨询活动,使图书馆真正成为大学生心理健康教育的第二课堂,从而在根源上防止大学生心理危机的产生。

| Abstract: | Based on the causes of college students' psychological crisis,this paper makes a suggestion that,in college students' mental health education and psychological crisis prevention,college libraries should take some measures,namely: improving the quality of librarians;enhancing prevention capabiliy;strengthening the building of information resources;developing college students' psychological reading the rapy,colorful reading activities and psychological consulting activities.Thus,we can make college libraries a real second classroom in college students' mental health education,thereby preventing the root causes of college students' psychological crisis. |
