| Abstract: | In the development of China's economic law, economic globalization has a major influence on the change of the law. The advancement of global economic integration influences the trend, the way and the path of the change of China's economic law. Therefore, it is important to pay close attention to economic globalization so as to promote the theoretical research and strengthen the practice of China's economic law. |
