论“以人为本”

摘    要:“以人为本”是对人的历史主体地位的科学概括 ,是对“人是历史的剧作者和剧中人”的人类社会发展基本规律的科学表述 ,是唯物史观的核心。“人是历史的主体”规定了“以人为本”的思想内涵 ,它是指一切历史创造活动 ,都要以人为前提 ,以人为基础 ,以人为动力 ,以人为目的。概括起来 ,就是以人为中心 ,一切为了人 ,一切依靠人。只有实践“以人为本”的思想 ,我们才能真正促进人的全面发展

Abstract:Human being-in-itself" is a scientific generalization of Human being's subject position in the history, and a scientific expression on the fundamental rule of the man's social development, which is known as "Human being is the dramatist of the history and the dramatis personae in the history as well." "Human being-in-itself" is the kernel of the materialist historic ideology. "Man being the subject of history" has defined the ideological implication of "Human being-in-itself". It suggests that in all the historic creative activities, man should be taken as the premise, the basis, the motive, and the goal. To sum up, man is the center: everything is for man and everything depends on man. Only by carrying out the thought of "Human being-in-itself", can we bring about man's full development.
