从以人为本理念析民工工资优先清偿

A Humanistic Analysis of the Priority System of Peasant Wages

The default of peasant wages has become a seri ou s phenomenon in China, which has not only harmed the peasants’ rights, but hamp ered the healthy economical development of our country. At present there are onl y limited relevant legal measures in China. The author of the paper holds that, to avoid the default of peasant wages, protect the peasants’ rights and therefo re accelerate the social development of our country, perfecting the civil priori ty system, raising the legal status of creditor’s rights and simplifying the le gal action processes are the basic measures.
