论新闻监督与司法尊严

With the development of China's construction of democracy and legal system,reports of legal news are becoming increasingly popular with the media,audience and readers.Meanwhile there appear sharper conflicts between media supervision and independence of judicature,and reports on trials and legal news are becoming more entertaining.Therefore,there is the necessity,based on the analysis of the characteristics of relevant phenomena,to deeply analyze how reports of legal news can realize the responsibility of media supervision and on the other hand respect judicial dignity so as to seek the balance between reports and judicature.This will guide reports on legal news in their future practice.
