| 摘 要： | “道治文化”是指与礼治、法治文化相并列的道家政治文化,是对道家“道法自然”的政治价值观及其清静自治的政治行为方式的新概括;“道治文化”的宗旨是自然主义,其内在的机制是无为和自治,有“依道治国”和“以道治国”两种类型,二者是体与用、“道”与“术”的关系。

| Abstract: | A kind of Taoist politics in parallel with the political culture of ritual rule or legal rule, the Taoist Rule culture contains the idea that Tao follows nature, the Taoist view of political values, and the Taoist political behaviour of peaceful autonomy. The central value in Taoist Rule culture is naturalism with Inaction and Autonomy as its internal working mechanism. There are two subtypes of the Taoist Rule culture, namely, the Rule of Tao and the Rule by Tao. |
