产业集群与二元结构反差的消除

产业集群在二元结构的反差中可以起到缩小反差的作用,作为区域增长极,它可以先是一个制造业基地,而后变成一个小城镇,继而发展成为一个大中城市,缩小城乡差别、工农差别和脑体差别。正因为产业集群可以缩小差别,所以,它能够在某种程度上缓解二元结构的内在矛盾。

Industrial Cluster and the Diminishing of the Contrast of Dualistic Structure

Industrial cluster can act as a counter force in reducing the contrast of dualistic structure. As a regional growth center, it can be first a manufacturing base, then a small town, and gradually develop into a large or medium sized city, thus decreasing the difference between urban and rural areas, between workers and farmers, and between mental labor and physical labor. It is for the reason that industrial cluster can narrow the differences, that it is able to resolve the internal conflict of the dualistic structure itself. In the transition from a dualistic structure to a unitary structure, it is recommended that underdeveloped regions take the strategy of industrial cluster into consideration. In regions where the contrast of the dualistic structure is relatively large, industrial cluster is an effective way to lessen the contrast and mitigate structural conflicts.
