| 摘 要： | 合作区域是现代区域经济发展的新现象,长三角、泛长三角都是一种合作区域,其运行机制是区域合作机制。随着长三角的扩容和泛长三角由"虚"向"实"的跨越,长三角的合作机制将向包括安徽在内的泛长三角地区扩展。在这种形势下,政府必须创新管理体制,构建"统分结合"的区域合作机制。
