| 摘 要： | 合作社作为一种商事主体,已经成为各国经济发展的一种重要力量,对其立法以引导其稳健发展已是大势所趋。然而,各国合作社立法虽在结构和内容上有诸多相似之处,但在立法模式上却因各国国情不同而存在较大的差异。立足于为我国合作社立法的有序推行提供合乎长远的合理规划,有必要在借鉴各国各地区立法模式的基础上,结合我国目前学界对民商事立法所达成的共识,对我国合作社立法模式作出合理审慎的选择,以有效地引导和规范我国合作社的可持续发展。
