基础设施与农村经济发展关系的实证分析

实证分析结果显示,农村道路、通讯、电力和教育四类基础设施对我国农业生产、非农生产以及农民人均收入具有统计上的显著贡献,在农业及非农生产增长中发挥了规模经济效益;继教育基础设施的显著贡献之后,道路对农业生产、电力对非农生产分别发挥了更大的作用。这为“十一五”时期西部农村地区继续加大基础设施投资力度、合理选择资金投向提供了科学合理的政策依据。

An Empirical Analysis of the Relationship Between Infrastructure and Rural Economic Development

Infrastructure has always been regarded as the basis of rural economic growth and social development.Empirical study shows that four types of rural infrastructure,roads,communications,electricity,and education have had statistically significant effect on agricultural production,non-agricultural production and farmers' income in China.The education infrastructure has had the most significant contribution in every aspect.The roads have had a greater role in agricultural production,and the electricity has also contributed greatly to non-agricultural production.The findings of the study have important policy implications for the western rural areas.That is,the government should increase investment on rural infrastructure with reasonable investment structure in the future.
