| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济的不断完善,企业在薪酬管理内容、管理模式等方面有了很大的发展,但受传统薪酬管理的影响,目前的薪酬模式尚存在许多不足之处。在这种情况下,以相关薪酬理论为支撑,并借鉴宽带薪酬的设计思想,探索一种新型薪酬模式——需要薪酬,表现出一定的必要性及价值性。

| Abstract: | As the market-oriented economy progresses,enterprises transform their models of salary management. Influenced by customary practices,the present salary model still has lots of defects. Under this circumstance,a new salary model termed as Requirement Salary inevitably comes into existence by seeking theoretical enlightenment from the design of broadband salary. |
