| 摘 要： | 本文从经济学的角度对草原环境恶化及其对策进行分析。首先给出草原资源的生物学模型 ,通过放牧活动的“成本 -收益”分析 ,对过度放牧进行了数量界定 ,指出最大可持续放牧量并不是政府最优管理目标 ;其次 ,进一步分析了过度放牧与环境恶化的经济学原因 ;在此基础上 ,对我国草原资源管理提出可供操作的政策建议。

| Abstract: | this article analyze the causes and countermeasures of grasslands environmental deterioration from the economic point of view. Firstly, it demarcates the excessive grazing in quantitative way on the biologic model of grasslands resources by an "cost-benefit" analysis on the grazing; secondly, it analyzes in a further way the economic causes of excessive grazing and environmental deterioration; finally, on these bases, it gives some practicable policy advice to the management of grasslands resources. |
