| Abstract: | To advance the country's urbanization,it is critical to design new system and mechanism favourable for the development of country's urbanization.The first is to reform the management system of registered permanent residence,employment and civic administration, The second is to gradually establish and perfect the mechanism of fund supply and financing system combining government investment with social investment,and achieve the investment subject for urban construcion pluralism. |
