维特货币改革研究

19世纪下半期以后,黄金在欧洲国家货币流通中的作用越来越大。越来越多的国家先后放弃了银本位制,朝着金本位制方向发展。俄国以白银充当一般等价物的纸卢布也陷入困境,维特主持财政部工作期间,进行了货币改革。维特货币改革适应了当时世界经济发展的潮流,巩固了俄国的国家财政,刺激了投资,加速了俄国经济的发展。

Study on Witer's Currency Reformation

After late 19th century,gold played more and more important role in national coins in currency.And many countries aban- doned silver standard early or late and took gold as standard,Russian paper Ruble then got into trouble,for it took silver as universal equivalent.During the time when Wirer took charge the ministry of finance,he took some currency reformation.Witer's currency re- formation fit the tide of world economy development at that time which consolidated the Russian fiance,stimulated the investment and accelerated the Russian economy development.
