| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化的发展，环境问题日益成为全球化问题，其严重性和复杂性迫切要求加强国际环境合作与协调。目前，环保政策国际协调有多种方式，在增强各国环保意识，扩展环境保护的广度和深度，促进世界经济正常运行等方面发挥了重要的作用，但种种局限性也表明环保政策的国际协调还任重而道远。
