| 摘 要： | 新疆文化发展战略是新疆文化发展的顶层设计和长远谋划,是新疆迫切需要解决的重大现实命题,关乎新疆文化的发展方向和现实选择,关乎新疆的跨越式发展和长治久安。从新疆文化发展战略环境、新疆文化发展战略构想、新疆发展现代文化的战略意义三方面入手,旨在勾勒新疆文化发展大致轮廓和发展脉络,切实为文化兴疆、强疆、富疆和稳疆服务。

| Abstract: | Cultural development strategy in Xinjiang is the top-notch design and strategic project of Xinjiang’s cultural development and proposition of great realistic significance to be solved urgently,which matters with its cultural development and realistic choice and with its striding development and long-term stability.The thesis starts from its strategy environment in cultural development,its strategic conception of cultural development and strategic significance of modern cultural development,which can sketch out Xinjiang’s cultural development,which serve for the prosperity of culture,strong and stable for xinjiang. |
