《周礼》玉器管理职官述论

《周礼》涉及玉器之征收、使用、管理等的职官达40多种。其特点为:玉职官的设置具有体系性,职责具有交叉性,职事具有关联性,职能具有重要性。这并非《周礼》编撰者个人喜好的结果,而是周代礼治下重玉、崇玉风习的典型体现。

On the Officers in charge of Jades in Zhou Li

There were more than forty different kinds of officers who were in charge of jades in Zhou Li.These officers respectively conducted jades tribute amassing,jades using and jades management etc.The characters of jade officers' function were system in setup overlap in duties,correlations in affairs and importance in functions.All these features are not the result of self-favor of the writer of Zhou Li,but the representative riflect of the culture that favoring jades under etiquettes in Zhou Dynasty.
