| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代的人力资本不再是传统概念上的劳动力 ,已被拥有现代科学知识和技能的知识型员工所取代 ,所以 ,最大限度地提高知识型员工绩效是人力资源管理的重大课题 ,事实上 ,知识型员工绩效受多种因素影响 ,且每个因素都不是独立起作用的。

| Abstract: | In knowledge economic era, human capital no more is labor force within the traditional conception. It is replaced by knowledge-workers who possess scientific knowledge, skill and ability. So how to furthest improve knowledge-workers' performance which influnced by several kinds of factors that can't effect lonely is an important question for discuss in human resource management. |
